ShipShow will only send you a reply to your e-mail if it succesfully extracts a tracking number and package title from the e-mail. 


If you do not get a reply back this usually means that ShipShow was not able to find any tracking information in that e-mail or that the address you are sending your e-mail from has not yet been added to ShipShow (see the ShipShow settings / E-Mail Integration for further details).
